Kelp Meal seaweed from the cold North Atlantic
is a natural source feed supplement. It is the richest single
source of trace minerals and is 100% solar dried to ensure its
nutrient rich properties are preserved.

the glandular systems

- improves conception rates and increases the
number of healthy births
- decreases birth related complications in cows and calves
- reduces the incidence of mastitis, retained
placentas, abortions, infertility
- increases milk yield, extends lactation periods
- milk fever can generally be avoided
- lessens production declines during stressful periods
Kelp, a variety of seaweed, is one of the rare plants whose effect against mastitis has been proven scientifically. Its effect is preventive, however, rather than
curative. In a seven-year experiment with twin cows, where one was given kelp in its ration and the other not, the incidence of mastitis was greatly reduced in the
cows receiving kelp. Kelp has an effect on different types of bacteria, not to mention the numerous minerals it contains.
