Stalosan F can be spread under the sow and where the piglets reside and
sleep. It is very important to spread Stalosan F where there is moisture or
dampness close to feed and water. Deep litter can also be treated with
Stalosan F. It is not necessary to remove the animals while applying.
Stalosan F is effective against moisture buildup, which reduces the areas
where bacteria, viruses or fungus could develop. Stalosan F also reduces
high ammonia levels in the air.
Stalosan F's effect in swine barns can be
improved through the use of a leaf blower/vacuum, which allows a fine dust
to cover the entire areas, meaning that slatted floors can also be treated.
